General Information on Data Processing
When you visit this website, personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the technical provision and security of the website, for functions used by you, for the handling of enquiries, or on the basis of consent given by you.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing is carried out in particular in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where information is stored on or accessed from a terminal device, the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz – TDDDG).
Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany
Each time this website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary information. This may include in particular:
- the IP address of the accessing device,
- the date and time of access,
- the page or file requested,
- the access status,
- the amount of data transferred,
- the previously visited page (referrer),
- the browser used and browser version,
- the operating system,
- language settings and other technical information transmitted by your device.
This data is required in order to deliver the website to the accessing device, ensure its proper functioning, and detect attacks or misuse.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the reliable and secure technical provision of this website.
According to the hosting provider, server log files are deleted after seven days at the latest. In individual cases, they may be stored for a longer period if this is necessary, for example, to investigate an attack or misuse.
ALL-INKL.COM processes data in the course of web hosting as a processor. Where processing on behalf of the controller takes place, it is based on a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
According to ALL-INKL.COM, server log data is not analysed for marketing purposes.
WordPress
This website is operated using the WordPress content management system.
WordPress is used to create, manage and technically provide the content of this website. No user accounts are offered to visitors. The commenting function is disabled.
WordPress is not used on this website to analyse visitor behaviour for advertising or marketing purposes.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website currently does not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, analytics, profiling or other purposes requiring consent.
If functions are added in the future that require information to be stored on your terminal device or information stored there to be accessed, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and, where legally required, your consent will be obtained in advance.
Contact and Contact Form
You can contact me using the contact form provided on this website.
When you use the form, the information you enter is processed. The contact form currently provides for the following information:
- name,
- email address,
- subject, where provided,
- content of your message.
This data is processed solely in order to transmit and handle your enquiry and, where necessary, to contact you.
The contact form is provided using Contact Form 7. Contact Form 7 does not, by default, store submitted messages as separate records in the WordPress database. However, the information is processed for the purpose of transmitting your message and is subsequently stored as an email in my email system.
If your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For other enquiries, processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in being able to process and respond to enquiries addressed to me.
The data is deleted once it is no longer required for handling the enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons require further storage.
The same applies if you contact me directly by email.
External Links and Social Networks
This website contains links to external websites and to my profiles on social networks and other platforms.
These are generally ordinary links. Merely visiting my website does not establish a connection to the respective external provider through such a link.
Only when you click such a link do you leave my website or access the website of the respective provider. From that point onward, the respective provider is responsible for the processing of personal data carried out there.
This applies in particular to links to social networks and other external platforms.
No Analytics, Marketing or Advertising Trackers
This website currently does not use services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable analytics, advertising or tracking services.
I do not create personal usage profiles for advertising purposes and do not analyse visitor information for personalised advertising.
Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data is disclosed to recipients only where this is necessary for the provision of this website and its functions, where a legal obligation exists, or where you have consented to the relevant processing.
Possible recipients or categories of recipients include in particular:
- the hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM in its role as processor,
- the technical infrastructure required for email transmission when the contact form is used.
No further disclosure of visitor data for advertising purposes takes place.
Storage Period
Personal data is generally processed only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose.
Where statutory retention obligations apply, the relevant data is retained for the period required by law.
Data processed on the basis of consent will no longer be processed on the basis of that consent after you have withdrawn it with effect for the future, unless another legal basis permits or requires further processing.

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the following rights:

You may request information as to whether and which personal data concerning you is being processed.
